First of all, take 2 spoons of fennel, 6-7 cloves, 10-12 black peppers, 5-6 cardamom, small piece of nutmeg. Lightly roast all these ingredients on a pan. Nagauri Tea Recipe
First of all, pour 1 cup water in a vessel and when it boils, add tea leaves and sugar. After it starts boiling, add 2 cups of milk. Now let the tea boil well. When the tea starts boiling, keep stirring it up and down with a spoon. This maintains the temperature of the tea. After adding milk, you have to boil the tea for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Tea’s taste increases only when it is cooked properly. When your tea boils well and becomes colored. So finally add the Nagauri tea masala that you have made. After adding the spices, just let the tea boil for 1 minute and then filter the tea and serve. Your special Nagauri tea is ready.
Note: As we already told that the real life of this tea is its milk. These tea makers cook milk on their stove on low flame for hours. Therefore, if you make this tea, then give your tea full time to boil and cook.
